All services are delivered either in-person or online, as agreed at the time of booking.

2. Bookings & Cancellations:

  • Appointments must be booked in advance via our website or by direct contact.

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Payments:

  • All services must be paid for in full prior to or at the time of your appointment.
